Back from the show and business as usual this week... I had a great time in Santa Barbara at the Nationals. We did great a 4th place ribbon and an honorable mention in the championship! Not bad! Of course we always prefer Blue Ribbons... but other colors are ok also.
The best part of this show was that my daughter flew all the way from Alaska to watch me ride... it was great having her there. And if it were not for my brother who has been to every Santa Barbara show the past few years we would have not photos!
Our next shows will be the first week in Oct and the first week of Nov.. However for now Siempre and I are going to relax a little, I will work her light, give her lots of massage and extra carrots... and we will take time for some trail rides. The horse mom needs a massage also... and maybe a few extra carrots also!
